I want to share my appreciation for one of the team members at Itsu who truly made my visit special. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, fraiser went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable especially since it was my very first time trying sushi. He patiently guided me through the options, explained things clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism. It’s not often that you meet someone who genuinely cares about making a customer feel valued, but that’s exactly how I felt. I left not only with a full stomach, but also with a smile. This type of service makes a lasting impression and reflects brilliantly on Itsu as a brand.
