On Monday I visited this branch. My food was hot and quickly served. Ricky was very welcoming and greeted us on arrival which I would only expect in a posh restaurant! I visited with my wife. She is vegan and couldn’t find anything to eat but Sara went through the menu very patiently and she was happy with her stir fry! Will come again if visiting the uk. 10/10

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, fraiser went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable especially since it was my very first time trying sushi. He patiently guided me through the options, explained things clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism. It’s not often that you meet someone who genuinely cares about making a customer feel valued, but that’s exactly how I felt. I left not only with a full stomach, but also with a smile. This type of service makes a lasting impression and reflects brilliantly on Itsu as a brand.

Potentially the best customer service offered by any store in my area (I think the one who served me was called Fraser). A perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness – will definitely be buying from here MUCH more often.
